Paris Hilton NOT at the Hilton in Shanghai

Paris Hilton is in Shanghai for Friday's 2007 MTV Awards and Style Gala but she's snubbing the Hilton. So where is she staying?

The heir to the Hilton fortune she has opted to stay at the Hyatt on the Bund.

Hyatt on the Bund hotel is located on the banks of the Huang Pu River at the northern end of the Bund in Shanghai, China and offers spectacular views of both the Bund and Pudong.

It has 631 Guestrooms & Suites but let's bet that PH is staying in the Bund Club which is located in the East Tower of the hotel and "features exclusive accommodations offering discerning guests higher level of personalized service and privacy."

According to the website:

The exclusive Bund Club lounge is located on the 3rd floor, which offers lavish amenities including complimentary Continental breakfast, tea and coffee throughout the day, evening cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. These benefits are exclusive to guests staying at Club and Suite rooms.

We've never heard a complimentary Continental breakfast described as a "lavish amenity" before but it probably is lavish to someone who probably doesn't generally eat.

Which is probably why it's news when she does eat.
