Billy Zane has whisked Kelly Brook away on a £10k holiday to Ibiza to see if their relationship is worth holding on to, according to the Daily Mirror.

The newspaper reports:

...careful Kelly, 28, told a pal: "We need quality time together - just the two of us - to make sure we're still right for each other."

Billy, 42, who told her he wasn't ready to settle down shortly after her dad Ken died in November, booked their villa with pool on the secluded north coast of the party isle this week.

A source said: "He feels very aware that he was the main player in the split and is trying to make amends."

But Kelly's friend said: "Things are not 100 per cent right between them yet and they've still got a lot to sort out. The holiday will hopefully do that."

Naomi Cambell, superbitc... supermodel was yesterday charged with several offences at Heathrow police station after her alleged air rage incident at Heathrow's T5 last month.

The charges include three counts of assaulting a police officer - which, if convicted carries a maximum sentence of six months imprisonment and a £5k fine; one of disorderly conduct likely to cause harassment, alarm or distress and two offences of using threatening, abusive words or behaviour to cabin crew. 

Campbell is due to appear at Uxbridge magistrates court on June 20.

Where do Ant and Dec, David Tennant and Richard Dunwoody like to stay when visiting West Sussex?  Why, it's the Felbridge Hotel & Spa in East Grinstead.

According to the press release:

... it is easy to see why this hotel is becoming popular with discerning chaps as the place to take their ladies. The fact that it is also the place visited by Miss West Sussex, Roxanne Hotchkiss, may be just a coincidence, but obviously having beautiful women lounging around by the pool could be an added attraction!

 
 After a recent refurbishment, the Felbridge Hotel & Spa is now 4* deluxe status, plus, it's only 10 minutes away from Gatwick airport so I can see why this would be a preferred place to stay. 

Rooms aren't that expensive either - compared to some of the celebrity hotels we've featured on here  - with prices starting at around £130 per night for a standard room up to around £260 for a junior luxury suite. 

And for the non-celebrity amongst us, the hotel has a £79 special offer on its website (though it would appear you can't book this in advance).

 

The hype is that the royal lovebirds Prince William and Kate Middleton could be getting engaged whilst on holiday at the £1,785-a-night Villa Alumbrera on the private island of Mustique.

Will (!) they or won't they? Whatever. They will be having a chill time that's for sure. This villa is rather nice . . .

 

London mayor Boris Johnson has been spending the half-term break yachting off the Turkish Dalaman coast.

And we thought he'd be going for a cycling holiday :-)

Mariah Carey was at the Tokyo Dome for a baseball match yesterday and had the honour of throwing the ceremonial first pitch.

The singer was dressed, head to toe, in true Mimi style for the occasion. 

Mariah flew in to Narita International Airport the other day with new husband Nick Cannon.

The pair - who married in the Bahamas last month - are in Japan for Mimi's appearance at the MTV Japan Video Music Awards on May 31.  

F1 whizz Lewis Hamilton and new flame, Pussycat Doll singer Nicole Scherzinger, are on a romantic holiday in the Caribbean, according to exclusive reports by the Daily Mirror.

Apparently, Hamilton splashed out on the £50k getaway after winning the Monaco Grand Prix. 

The Mirror website reports:

The couple enjoyed unlimited champagne on a private plane from Nice to Grenada where they were to stay on a private estate.

The source added: "He is really pushing the boat out for Nicole. They are on a short break before he heads to his next race in Montreal."

Newlyweds Beyonce Knowles and Jay-Z were spotted in Cannes this weekend with P Diddy in tow.  Unsurprisingly, the rumour mill went into overdrive: 

The Daily Mirror reports that Beyonce was upset with P Diddy for gatecrashing her party at the VIP rooms and leading Jay-Z astray while the Sun reports that Jay-Z was furious with P Diddy for trying to upstage him at the very same party. 

Regardless, Beyonce and Jay-Z were pictured relaxing on P Diddy's yacht.

You may recall that almost a year ago to the day, Jay-Z was reported to have proposed to Beyonce while in Cannes so this year's holiday must have been a romantic trip down memory lane for the lovebirds. 

The lovebirds flew back home to Scarsdale, New York on Sunday after spending the day in Monaco, keeping a tight lip on rumours that the songstress is expecting their first child

Celine Dion was yesterday awarded France's highest civilian honour, the Légion d'Honneur,  in a ceremony at the Elysee Palace in Paris.

Accompanied by husband Rene Angelil and son Rene-Charles, the Canadian singing legend was presented with the Legion of Honour medal - a world-renowned Order and the highest decoration in France - by President Nicolas Sarkozy.

The award was established by Napoléon in 1802 to recognize great military and civilian contributions to France.

In case you were wondering where the footballers stayed, Celebs on Holiday can reveal that Manchester United players stayed at the Crowne Plaza Moscow World Trade Centre Hotel  
where rooms start at around £556 (26000 RU) for a superior guestroom to £2673 (125000 RU) for a king-sized suite.

Chelsea players were split between the Golden Ring Hotel and the Ritz Carlton with rates at the Golden Ring Hotel starting at £292 (13650 RU) for a standard room up to £1,496 (70000 RU) for the Presidential Suite.  

Rooms at the Ritz Carlton start at approximately £268 (12500 RU).

It's the week of the  61st annual Cannes Film Festival, the celebrities have descended en masse to the French Riviera and some are having a better time than others....

Britney has been the subject of many weird and wonderful stories in the last 12 months, but the most fantastic (by fantastic read unbelievable) has to be the following:

Who?  What?  Britney on holiday in Costa Rica with either John Travolta or Mel Gibson.  That kind of defies belief.  I mean how did it happen?  Who suggested it?  Do they holiday together frequently?   

I have such an absurd image in my mind of the three on holiday. I also have photoshop.  Add the two together and what do you get?

How could we not mention New York's The Carlyle in the week the new Sex and the City flick gets its preview?

OK so it won't be available on the silver screen in the UK until 28 May BUT that gives you time to nip over to the Big Apple and stay at the hotel, which was a favourite haunt in the series - especially the hotel's glamorous Bemelmans bar.

 

And Sarah Jessica Parker loved it so much she spent her honeymoon there with hubby Matthew Broderick. Only £385 a room, so what you waiting for?  

Hugh Grant, Liz Hurley and her husband Arun Nayar have been awarded £58k in damages after a court found three photo agencies guilty of invading their privacy.

According to the BBC website, the agencies took covert snaps of Grant, Hurley and Nayar last October  in a resort which, according to Laura Tyler, solicitor for Mr Grant, Ms Hurley and Mr Nayar, had been chosen for the complete privacy and seclusion it offered.

None of the three celebrities were in the High Court to the hear the settlement.

 

Jaunted has an amusing post about Sienna Miller beating up paparazzi at LAX with a pink Marc Jacobs handbag. Apparently she took offense to the pap doing his job so took a swing. Ha!

Fiery Sienna is no stranger to controversy, and seems particularly adept at shoving her petite tootsies in her gob... from her I hate Pittsburgh rant

"Can you believe this is my life?" complained to Rolling Stone’s Jenny Eliscu, over a plate of garlic-parmesan Buffalo wings at a Pittsburgh hotel bar. "Will you pity me when you're back in your funky New York apartment and I'm still in Pittsburgh? I need to get more glamorous films."

Through to her downright bizarre attack on the English:

"I think [Wales] ...is the most beautiful country in the world and the people were just gracious and lovely considering they have been raped and pillaged by the English for so long."

Tom Chambers, Rebecca Grant, Gaynor Faye, Linda Robson, Charlie Condou and Sue Cleaver reveal their favourite and least favourite holiday destinations.

Did they or didn't they? Mariah Carey and Nick Cannon's alleged wedding has been the subject of much speculation this week, but according to E! News, they DID tie the knot last Wednesday, April 30 on Windermere Island, just off Eleuthera, Bahamas.

The site reports:

The ceremony took place on Carey's private estate on Windermere Island, just off Eleuthera. As for a potential honeymoon, a source tells E! News that as of Thursday night, Carey and Cannon were still on the island.

It's unclear when the couple of less than two months first arrived in the tropical paradise. Cannon appeared live on MTV Monday afternoon.

But per Bahamian law, couples are required to have spent at least one day in the island nation before they can get a marriage license, and bride and groom are required to show birth certificates or passports, as well as fork over the requisite $40.

• It's only 5 miles long
• It has a pink sand beach running its entire length
• It sits off the Atlantic coast of Eleuthera
• It's accessed by a guarded bridge; entrance is limited to residents and their guests

Princess Beatrice is holidaying on the Caribbean island of St Barts with her American boyfriend Dave Clark.

The Sun website reports the holiday to be the "latest in a string of gap-year stops for Beatrice who is fifth in line to the throne"

Beatrice has taken in Argentina, Brazil, Spain and Belgium, not to mention two skiing trips to Switzerland.

She has also been spotted in Los Angeles.

The website also - in true Sun style - has a deeply unflattering photo of the royal teen, sat astride a jet ski. Poor girl
