Hugh Grant, Liz Hurley and her husband Arun Nayar have been awarded £58k in damages after a court found three photo agencies guilty of invading their privacy.
According to the BBC website, the agencies took covert snaps of Grant, Hurley and Nayar last October in a resort which, according to Laura Tyler, solicitor for Mr Grant, Ms Hurley and Mr Nayar, had been chosen for the complete privacy and seclusion it offered.
None of the three celebrities were in the High Court to the hear the settlement.
