Oscar nominated actress Laura Dern has been spotted enjoying a relaxing break in Sardinia with musician Ben Harper and their two gorgeous children - Ellery Walker Harper, 7, and Jaya, 3.
Sardinia has been rather popular this July; first Cristiano Ronaldo, then Louise and Jamie Redknapp, followed by footballing heart-throb, Michael Ballack. Infact, Mister Ballack was so popular, here's another picture of him (just for you, May)

Gordon Brown will be spending his summer holiday at Shadingfield Hall in Suffolk if reports are to be believed.
Recently refurbished, Shadingfield Hall sleeps 22 people and costs £4500 per week during the summer holidays. It has a games room, swimming pool, butlers pantry, seven bedrooms, two bathrooms and a Lodge (which "is just behind the big house across the herb garden").
The Grade II listed Regency building is owned by celebrity photograher Dave Hogan and his wife, Janice.

Thomas Suozzi, county executive of Nassau County, New York, has unveiled the county's first tourism campaign and announced Grammy award winning singer-songwriter Ashanti as one of their nine 'tourism ambassadors'.
"The Island Next Door" focusses on residents in New York state and aims to highlight Nassau County's proximity in a time of high petrol prices, expensive air travel and general economic uncertainty.
Suozzi says:
"What other place in the United States has the Atlantic Ocean, Long Island Sound, first-class restaurants, top-notch museums and parks, and world-class golf and shopping, just minutes from the world's greatest city?" "Nassau County has always been known as a great place to live. Now, we're showing people that we're also a great place to visit."

You'd think that the Hard Rock Hotel would be used to rock and roll attitudes by now, but apparently not.
TMZ reports that Nicole Richie was escorted from the Hard Rock Hotel in the early hours of Sunday after an altercation with a female reveller whilst queuing for her car.
Though apparently Nicole's rep has sent word to TMZ that "She was in Vegas but there wasn't an altercation of any kind involving her."

Louise Redknapp and husband Jamie Redknapp - who are expecting their second child in November - are on holiday in the exclusive Italian resort of Porto Cervo.
Porto Cervo came to prominence in the 1960's after the Aga Khan spent millions creating a holiday village for the rich and famous. It's located on the Northern side of Italy in Sardinia's Costa Smeralda region.
Porto Cervo is also where Princess Diana and Dodi spent their last night together before flying off to Paris.
Tommy Hilfiger is visiting Athens for a few days and yesterday visited the Acropolis, guided by the Greek Minister of Tourism, Aris Spiliotopoulos.
As you may have heard, Jennifer Lopez and husband Marc Anthony have been enjoying a lovely trip without the twins as part of Marc's European tour.
After spending a few days in Madrid, the couple headed for Milan where yesterday Marc was presented with an Honourary Award by the Milan Town Council at a press conference held at the Palazzo Marino (see picture below)

Sir Ian McKellan has been spotted in Saint-Tropez "frolicking" on the beach with a tall, dark, handsome and very young companion.
