CelebAir starts tonight at 9pm on ITV2

After much hype, CelebAir - in association with Monarch Airlines - hits the airwaves tonight.

Hosted by former CBBC presenter Angellica Bell, the eight-part series will see a real plane, staffed by real celebrities, flying real passengers to real destinations (their words, not mine).

Although the celebs have endured six weeks of rigorous training by Monarch before being let loose on the general public it's the passengers who have the last word; they rate the celebs according to how well they performed with the week's worst worker given the old heave-ho.

Ben Caudell, Creative Director at Zeppotron says:

"This isn't some concocted celebrity stunt. CelebAir has a real plane and its own check-in, tickets, website and uniforms. It just happens to be staffed by famous names. But what's really great is that anyone can book a ticket and fly CelebAir. It's the world's celebritiest airline."
