Beyonce was at the Mandarin Oriental hotel yesterday for the launch of her new album, 'I Am ... Sasha Fierce'... she wasn't getting ready to leave. Sorry about that!
Though the album launch nearly didn't happen after severe turbulence struck her private jet as the former Destiny's Child singer headed back from the World Music Awards in Monte Carlo.
Beyonce's plane - according to reports - "dropped a terrifying 1,000 feet after take-off in Nice."
Though I am wondering if Beyonce is psychic: apparently the star was unhappy about the private jet organised to whisk her to and from the event.
According to reports, the jet, which has been used to fly Frank Sinatra, Jennifer Lopez and Elton John around the globe, was ditched after the diva insisted "she was given a brand new £30million aircraft instead".
Maybe it was the new £30million aircraft that kept them airborne?!
