Mariah Carey, husband Nick Cannon and her entourage have taken over several suites at London's Dorchester Hotel in advance of the diva's appearance on the X Factor this weekend.

According to reports the singer has demanded that a covered walkway be built for her at the X Factor studios in case her hair gets wet walking the 10 feet to the door.
Immediately after appearing on the X Factor, Mariah will fly to Monaco with husband Nick Cannon for the World Music Awards 20th anniversary celebrations in a £10K private jet reported to be arranged by the event's organisers.
A source said
"It'll be like a second honeymoon on board for them. There'll be no expense spared for Mariah. Lilies, mini burgers, sparkling water and bundles of her favourite Hello Kitty toys as a present."
